We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! There was plenty of space for our family which included 3 generations. Location was fantastic, everything was just steps away, including the village, skating rink, mountain biking, restaurants, and pool. Being able to access the unit directly from the village was a bonus for us! We can’t wait to go back to Tahoe and rent this unit again.

Best in the village

We’ve stayed in lots of units in Northstar Village, and this was by far my favorite. I love the back door access to step right out onto the upper deck of the village. Steps to the gondola as well. Best of both worlds! Will be back!

The condo location and layout is amazing. Unfortunately, the unit was not inspected well prior to our arrival. When we arrived in the unit, there was dead rodent in the electrical outlet (half in/half out) in the master bedroom. I have photo and video. Maintenance showed up quickly to remove it, but not a good welcome. The WiFi information on the router did not work and there were no instructions for setup. Maintenance showed up and could not figure out why the connection wasn’t working and did not have instructions. We spent the weekend without service. Our room keys expired at midnight the day before we departed and my husband was stuck outside in the heavy rain when he went to dump trash at 7am on Sunday morning. Maintenance had to let him and reset our keys. We spent more time waiting for maintenance issues than we expected over the course of our stay. We expected a better experience but left there feeling like we paid a lot more for a lot less. Very surprised by the events throughout our stay. Thank you for the survey and hope it makes a difference. Jessica

202 big horn

Everything was as can be expected, except one major problem. We had some kind of maintenance crew ring our doorbell, and was attempting to enter the residence. Fortunately, we were home at the time and I was able to keep them out. I called management, but they didn’t seem to care much. This happened twice. This is unacceptable for the safety of my family and property. And these people were in street clothes, no kind of uniform whatsoever. Unacceptable.
