Beautiful setting and tranquil. We used the marina’s toilets. It is loud with industrial sounds from 7:30 on.

Lovely floating bungalow a short walk from Old City. Well-appointed for a floating house. Calm, scenic and quiet spot in the marina just a short and easy walk to/from Old City.

Beautiful view of the city, quiet except for first morning when construction crews were working very close by. Well stocked and clean place to stay. The only thing we did not like was the toilet and wish it could have been described better in the notes of the rental. Several of our family members made the walk to the marina office to use the facilities instead that actually had a proper flush.

We loved the coziness of the house and the fabulous view of iconic Old Quebec City. Parking was free, but a bit of a hike from the boathouse. Also, the toilet model is very touchy, but our host came right away to fix it once, and then I was able to work with it the rest of the week. If you enjoy a good walk/hike, the boathouse is walking distance to many places, including a bike rental and the iconic Chateau de Frontenac. Communication was excellent with Yves and the Port office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, but unless you travel super light, plan to use a cart to load and unload from your car to the boathouse.
