Back at the condo, there’s no shortage of entertainment—enjoy the game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole, and a variety of board games perfect for gathering around the large dining table that seats 10. With four TVs throughout the unit, everyone can unwind their own way.

The well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to prepare meals and snacks, whether you’re on the go or sitting down to enjoy “oceanfront dining” with family and friends.

Every room offers stunning ocean views. The master bedroom provides a direct oceanfront perspective, while the guest bedroom offers beautiful views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The third bedroom has been thoughtfully designed as an open-concept game room with twin beds and a pool table, creating a unique and inviting space that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home.

Next door, you’ll find a vacant lot and Tom Renick Park, which features a playground and lifeguard-protected beach—perfect for families with children.

This condo has been a cherished gathering place for our family since 2010. With three children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren, it has provided the perfect space for everyone to come together, relax, and reconnect. Whether visiting in summer, fall, or spring, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable year-round.

While we call Ely, Minnesota—near the breathtaking Boundary Waters Canoe Area—our home, we’ve found a second piece of paradise here on the coast. We’re excited to share our “home away from home” with you, where you can create your own special memories surrounded by the beauty of nature.
