Walk to Shands/ UF - Budget 2 Bedroom Condo, Pool!
Location, location, location! Walk to Shands / UF Health, UF, Vet School. 5 minutes from downtown Gainesville and Depot Park. Convenient to many restaurants, groceries stores and shops. Perfect for medical visits to Gainesville. Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean.
Guests have the entire condo to themselves. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be approved by the HOA prior to your stay.
I have 24/7 on-call maintenance and am accessible for recommendations and advice.
A bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the condo complex. Guests have free parking spaces.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home******
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)******
3. No Parties- ******
4. No Pets Allowed- $200 fee if caught with a pet- The complex does not allow dogs
