1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island is available for short term (min 2 weeks) and long term rentals! Spacious bedrooms and new bathrooms, recently renovated kitchen with new appliances, dining area and lanai equipped with comfortable chairs and tables. Located next to 1 of 5 heated pools (with BBQ's) and directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy golf (9 hole - rentals available), tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, games - fun for all! There is a tiki bar at the main pool as well as a restaurant and sports bar.

Please note that while pets are allowed, they must be pre-approved and only (1) for guests staying 1 month or more

We are registered with the State of Florida (66-8018538715-6), St Lucie County (proof available upon request) to comply with sales tax collection and City of Fort Pierce Short Term Rentals (23-34871)

WE love the beach - we came here on a family vacation and realized it had everything we could need, now and in the future, so we decided it would be a great family vacation spot for years to come! We have noticed many multi-generational groups having the best time and that is what we hope to have!

What makes this property unique

Everything you could need is on site for all ages. You can also walk or a short drive to restaurants both on Hutchinson Island and towards Jensen Beach. We love it here!
