This 1-bedroom Ocean Villa lies just off the first hole at Ocean Village. Ground floor and condo in a three story building. A short distance to the ocean and Main Pool. Tile throughout and many wonderful upgrades to make your vacation comfortable. California king bed in the bed room and a pull out queen size couch. Two flat panel televisions. This unit is furnished with a living room sleeper sofa and balcony that has been built-out with square footage added to living room. Sit in your living room with sliding doors open and soak up the fresh season evening sky while watching golfers putting at the 1st green. Enjoy your favorite wine or cool cocktail in hand adds to the enjoyment. Don't miss out this condo will rent quickly. This condo has WiFi and Flat screen TV in Living Room and Bedroom.

Ocean Village is a gated community with 24/7 protection. The resort features 5 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $5 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant which is located next to the largest of the 5 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.

This is our second time staying at this place. We love it so much. It is quiet and clean and beautiful all around. Very local to some of our favorite restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and pool.

We loved this property. Our view was of the golf course and the beach a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Wayne was very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. We are coming back next year.

Really nice. Property is exactly as listed. No surprises. Enjoyed everything the grounds had to offer. Any questions to Property Manager was answered promptly. I think that was a big plus.

Perfection on the green

This is our second time staying in this property. We enjoyed it so mich the first time we knew we wanted to stay again for our weekend away. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. The beach access is so close. We could walk over in the evenings and enjoy happy hour by the surf. The condo has been nicely updated and everything you need is available. We really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the green early in the morning and in the evening. The check in/out process was simple. We'll definitely be back!

Smooth process and beautiful complex

The complex is behind a gated entrance but the check-in directions were perfect. The room was just as described and comfortable for our short stay. The kitchen has all the dishes you'll need and a coffee pot. There are lots of amenities around the complex that we didn't get to explore because of our short stay and the weather. But we did walk the beach and collected shells between rain showers and enjoyed the pool. We also ate at the restaurant on site and it was great, good variety and priced right for a family meal. Room view is the golf course. We did a load of laundry which was nice instead of driving home with wet stuff. Wish we could have stayed longer because there was still lots we didn't get to explore in the area. We were here the last weekend of July and it was not busy or 'touristy' at all. Owners directions were great, easy to follow and he texted to check on us too. Would stay again!
