We stayed one night, the location was perfect for our travel. There is interstate close by, ear plugs are provided. This is pet friendly and we slept comfortably. Would stay again in future. We did eat dinner in Idaho Springs which was just few miles away, didn't see as many food options in Dumont.
Cabin was in great condition, just strange being on a seemingly abandoned adventure campus. Lots of interesting things to see, very private.

It’s right off of I 70 and the traffic noise was very loud. Even with windows closed. No air conditioning, and break dust comes in through the window when sleeping. There was also a dead rat right outside of our cabin.

Spring break getaway
Our stay was pretty basic. If your looking for a place to rest your head and take a shower, it was fine. The fireplace didn't work.
I’m from Colorado and have officially found a hidden gem along I-70. We stayed in the Railway cabin and they’re very well maintained. And a comfy bed to boot?! Never happens! It’s a simple set up, but has everything you need for a perfect glamping getaway. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend it for anyone trying to escape the city life. We brought our toddler and dog and they both had the best time. Gorgeous property, very helpful staff :) :) Thank you for the great stay!
