🐾 Due to the owner's allergies and to maintain a healthy environment for all future guests.

☀ Minimum Age Requirement

🔞 The minimum age to reserve this home is 25 years old.
Exceptions may be considered; please contact us directly for more information.
☀ Smoking Policy

🚭 Smoking is permitted only outside the property.
Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly.
Fine: A $500 fee will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found inside the home after checkout.
☀ Noise Ordinance

🔇 Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Noise, including talking and music, should not disturb neighbors during these hours.
☀ No Parties

🎉 Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property during your stay.
☀ Security Cameras

🎥 Security cameras are installed outside the property for guest safety.
Tampering, covering, or moving the cameras without host consent will result in a $100 fine.
☀ Identification and Rental Agreement

🆔 A government-issued ID is required from all guests prior to check-in.
✍️ Guests must also sign the rental agreement, which can be found under House Rules.
☀ Communication
