Your patio doors are located steps away from the heated pool just off your private lanai area. Only 15 minutes from world class beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. So much to do in the area from Boston Red Sox and Minn Twins springs training games, Florida Everblades ECHL hockey games, trips to the beach and plentiful dining and entertainment awaits your stay. Fishing, bird watching, trailing, outdoor activities by the 100's. You just can’t do it all on one trip...so plan on coming back to SW Florida again very soon!

Brian was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. The property is as advertised and we would stay again. Although the pool and boat slip/dock areas are shared, each condo has it's own little patio space so we felt like we had our own little outdoor space as well.

Great stay!! It’s its own mini resort. Lots of amenities in a small space. Unit was well stocked, clean and perfectly sized. Lots of outside spaces to enjoy. Definitely would recommend to others. Be amazing for a big group to rent several units.

The condo was very clean on check-in and the entire unit was well stocked with supplies for a relaxing stay. As well as a well stocked kitchen there was plenty of towels, soaps and paper products. The Host was very responsive to all questions and issues. We had one issue the first day and he came out and helped us at 11pm and was very friendly and helpful and everything was resolved and dealt with in a calm and professional manner.

This quick getaway ended up being the perfect trip, just what we needed for a low key relaxing visit. Brian and Darlene were so accommodating and attentive. The condo, pool area and pier on the canal were excellently appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Any questions or concerns that popped up (which were few) Brian was very responsive to and made sure we were taken care of! We highly recommend Seatuit Boat and Beach Club and would gladly stay again!

We loved the peaceful atmosphere at Seatuit and are looking forward to another stay! We had plenty of space and the condo was fully stocked with extra of everything. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. And the owners were on top of everything and easy to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay!

Terrific property with a great pool. It is screened in and lovely. The inside is very nice and is doesn't smell at all. There are dishes and beach towels at the house and check in is really easy.

5 star ubut located on water canal! Updated and clean and fully stocked and had everything needed for our stay! Decor was excellent! Unit was fully stocked with all the kitchen and bath and laundry items one would need during your stay. Did not have to worry about buying any of the typical essentials. They had it stocked with everything including uodated appliances, seasonings, paper towels, dish soap, towels, utensils and kitchenware, coffee, trash bags , laundry soap, bathroom soaps and toiletry essentials. Great screen enclosed heated pool and deck area with variety of tables and chairs, umbrella, grill, dock area with sun chairs pool toys, and all the accessories to enjoy the water with kayaks and paddle board, and fishing gear, life preservers, and boat slips and parking spot, Easy access around town to all shops restaurants, etc. Great neighborgood. Owner communication was 5 star! Would touch base and check in to make sure everything was good on our end or was on site checking in to say hi or just doing upkeep around the property! Well maintained building and property! Great place for families or couples of all ages! We would definitely cone back and rent here with Brian and Darlene again!

Nice property, nice area, good fishing and great hosts. Brian, the host, is very personable and aims to please. If you need anything, Brian can make it happen. Would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a nice, relaxing vacation- especially if you want to get some good fishing in.

This was an amazing vacation and we will definitely return. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We couldn’t get our son out of the pool but when we did we explored the area and had a blast. The owners were always available and had great communication. Highly recommended!

We were in town for a wedding and we really enjoyed our stay. Almost wish we had MORE time to hang around and enjoy the pool and dock etc. We had an issue with the door and reached out to Brian and he responded in seconds and came out within minutes to fix. The decor and colors made it feel very Floridaesque!
