Everything was well equipped and in place clean rooms, extra towels for 4 people, I think it would suit well for a family up to 6 or 7 people, or a group of 4 to 5 young friends. It's 20 min from South Lake Tahoe but far enough to be quiet on nights and enjoyable for a vacation on family.
Check in was quick and easy. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a cozy, rustic, cabin feel to it. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating space and the proximity to Lake Tahoe.
Overall the property was in a perfect location, we spent a lot of time hiking near by trails which were within walking distance. The owner and property management were quick to respond to an issue we had. We even got some snow on our June trip! It was wonderful.
Our stay was perfect for our large family, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. It was a great spot for a winter getaway, even though we didn’t hit the slopes, and the drive to the casinos wasn’t too long. The home had a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the season. It worked out really well for our group, and we would definitely stay here again for a large gathering!
This property is in a quiet mountain neighborhood with easy access to main roads. The house was very functional for the 7 of us. We spent most of our time away so we didn't use things like the back deck, but we definitely used the washer/dryer in the garage which was a big help. The furnishings are casual as shown in the photos, with lots of towels provided. The large dining room table was handy.
