Explore our modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 2-beds apartment with plenty of natural light & amazing views in a tranquil neighborhood. The spacious master bedroom features expansive windows. A modern full kitchen is perfect for gourmet meals. Relax in the inviting living area or on the large private deck with panoramic views of mountains, the ocean, Point Loma, downtown San Diego, and the Coronado Bridge. Ideal for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Easy access to San Diego's attractions and natural beauty.
The space:
Our guesthouse is a newly remodeled charming unit with a modern charm. The unit has a full kitchen with new appliances, stocked with all the gourmet cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils you need, a living room with plenty of natural light, TV and full size pull-out sofa bed, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, expansive windows to admire the view, and a large bathroom with standup shower, and double sinks. Finally, a large private deck with amazing views, outdoor patio table and chairs, and a BBQ to grill outside.
Guest access:
The guesthouse can be accessed from the right side of the house. Go past the garage, enter through the black wrought iron gates, to find a lockbox with key. The unit is accessed through the keyed patio glass doors.

Please turn off all lights, AC if used, and unplug countertop appliances (coffee machines, toaster overs, water heater kettle).
Make sure to lock screen door and secure keys in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
