The large living/dining room opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace and has a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, the Esterel hills and Riviera Golf.
This bright, modern apartment offers 3 bedrooms with access to a balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, Nespresso machine. Other facilities include air-conditioning, private parking, plasma TV, DVD, iPod player. The apartment’s infinity pool has a huge sun terrace - perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the views.

We had a very nice stay, the apartment is beautiful with a modern decoration and we were blessed by a good weather so could enjoy the stunning terrace! Supermarkets/beaches/shops at a short driving distance and great kitchen to cook if you're statying in. Overall very positive stay, would book again!

Appartement très agréable, juste un petit bémol concernant la terrasse qui est magnifique mais il faut démoustiquer. La salle de bain du bas n’a malheureusement pas de meuble de rangement et la location ne peut se faire que pour 4 personnes car la chambre du haut avec 2lits simples n’est pas habitable en l’état. Par contre la cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Très agréable location, un plus la piscine.

Gern wieder

die sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen.In der Küche gibt es alles was man an Geschirr, Gläsern und Kochutensilien braucht und alles ist in sehr guten Zustand.Die sehr schöne Terrasse macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Den Pool hat man fast immer allein und die Aussicht von allen Zimmer ist einfach wunderschön.

Very good apartment and location

We spent two weeks in Philippe’s apartment and we really enjoyed the holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, privately and safely located in the mountains, very spacious over 3 floors, including a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Esterel valley, very quiet and the photos correspond to reality. We felt right at home and Philippe was a good host and contact person. The private pool of the complex is little used and very clean. Parking is also no problem. The beaches are just 10min away by car and our kids loved the fridge with ice cube machine. Cool thing! We would recommend the apartment at any time and will be happy to come back one day. Many thanks!

schicke Wohnung mit allem was man Zuhause auch hat, es fehlt absolut an nichts. Parken ist leider nicht ganz einfach wie überall an der Cote d'Azur.

Une belle vue panoramique, une très belle piscine bien entretenue dans une résidence sécurisée. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition du télescope. LUXE, CALME ET VOLUPTE.

LUXE for the luxurious and comfortable appartment-villa. Everything we needed was there. Even airco, but luckely also a perfect warming system for the colder days. CALME for the situation of Roc Azur. Nearly into the Esterel with a beautiful view over the golfcourse to the sea. VOLUPTE for the colour of the mimosa, the lemons, the palmtrees and the blue water of the enormous swimmingpool. A wonderful place to stay. With Matisse, Renoir, Picasso and Chagall nearby.

How wonderful this apartment is ! We felt so comfortable. We, 2 adults and a teenage girl enjoyed every day of our stay. We cooked in the modern open kitchen, during the day we sunbathed on the really spacious patio or at the wonderful pool, made trips to Cannes, Nice etc. and at night we watched movies (we brought our own movie player with us) connected via HDMI slot. We used the WLAN internet. Since we love to relax and enjoy the quietness - we were happy we have found it within this apartment. The owners (via phone and email) were great from the beginning to the end. Everything went just fine. If you want to enjoy a wonderful, luxurious and relaxing vacation - this ist the perfect place to stay !
