• The neighbor's dock is not on our property. Please do not trespass onto their property.

Please remember that you will be staying in our home, NOT a hotel. We do have neighbors; therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. We will respond as fast as we can through the VRBO app.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the EXTERIOR of this home is monitored 24/7 by Ring Home Security with video camera. Cameras monitor driveway, stairs, deck, patio, and riverfront.

There is abundant wildlife including bald eagles, pelicans, ducks, owls, deer, fish, and many others. The serenity of the river flowing by makes it a great place to entertain or to just relax.

This home was totally renovated in 2023-2024. We have added nearly every modern convenience and comfort. This home has a panoramic view of the Mississippi River and offers spectacular sunrises.
