Newly remodeled riverfront home with private boat ramp and dock. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 10. Wake up to the beautiful Mississippi River. Sit on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the wildlife (including the eagles) from the back deck. Private concrete boat ramp to put your ski boat or fishing boat in and tie it off at the end of the day on the private dock. Grill on the back deck or enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Full game room in garage including golf simulator, poker table, ping pong table. This house is a families dream even in the winter. Wineries nearby as well. Minutes from historic downtown Le Claire and 10 miles from the Quad Cities. House is handicap accessible.

We are on a septic system. Do not flush anything except toilet paper!

We live on the Mississippi River ourselves and love every minute of it. Le Claire is a wonderful town with a ton to do. Just watching the river is entertainment. We have been working hard to make this home even more beautiful. Completely gutted in fall of 2024 to reconfigure bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen to give the home more of a river view.

Why they chose this property

It is beautiful. The only downfall is the train as this home is next to tracks but the river and house make it worth it.

What makes this property unique

We don’t flood. We have a private boat ramp and dock, and multiple things to do in the garage if it does rain.
