This 2nd floor apartment is in a restored historic landmark. It receives the eastern sun and has a sun tunnel in the kitchen too. Ideal location. On the east side of Rochester in Penfield, NY and within 2 miles to Webster, E. Rochester, Pittsford, Perinton, Fairport, the entrance of 490 and 590. Less than 3 miles to St. John Fisher, Nazareth College, many golf courses, shopping and restaurants. There is a sidewalk to local parks in front of the building.
Guests will be able to access their apartment, common laundry, common entry and private single car garage.
Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment.
