Country Club Villas are located in an exquisite setting with panoramic ocean views on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Kona Country Club. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
The tropically landscaped property is close to shopping, championship golf, and ocean activities. Alternatively, you can venture around the 4,200 square mile island. Enjoy outstanding snorkeling and soak up the sun at Kahaluu Beach, less than a mile and a half away. Dining and shopping are a short distance away and a variety of recreational activities in Kona is only approx 6 miles away.

The gourmet kitchen is any chef's dream with stunning granite countertops and upgraded appliances. There is a drip coffee maker, toaster, double oven, and more to enjoy homemade meals. Step outside and dine with an ocean view. A patio table and chairs are set up for you to dine, drink, and unwind.

Seating is arranged in front of a mounted 50" HD TV. A DVD player, wifi, cable, stereo, window air conditioning (in the living room and both bedrooms), and a washer/dryer are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King bed, TV, and additional doors to the lanai. An attached master bathroom grants privacy. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. A full guest bathroom is also available.

This home is situated among a tropical wonderland of exotic gardens with unsurpassed views of the entire Kona-Keauhou coast. Picture yourself gazing across manicured golf course greens and fairways framed by extraordinary sweeping ocean vistas. Pamper yourself in the spas and relax by one of the 3 pools (one is heated) or hot tubs. Designated grilling area next to pool. Work up a sweat in a friendly game on the tennis court. Note: This home is not ocean-front, but does offer an amazing view of the ocean.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

There are beach chairs, toys and a cooler available for your stay. Please note, any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.

Please note: Due to the location of the complex, cell phone service can be very limited and signal strength may be spotty throughout the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Statewide Smoking Laws for STVRs Under Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes §328J, smoking (including electronic smoking devices) is prohibited in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. This includes: • Vacation rental units • Lanais (balconies) • Shared spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and courtyards Additionally, smoking is banned within 20 feet of entrances, exits, windows, and ventilation intakes of these facilities.. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
