About this property

Peaceful Northshore Retreat in Rowley

Our newly renovated home sits at the end of a very quiet dead-end road. We have ample parking for guests, a large backyard, and a new deck completed in 2023.

Our home features a "mini-master" bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and sun-filled living room on the 'second level'. The additional guest space, half bathroom, washer and dryer is located in the lower level.

Please note, as this is an older home we have steep stairs going to the second level and lower level.

We are minutes from the sandy beaches of Ipswich, Salisbury and the historic district of Newburyport, with plenty of waterfront dining, shopping, and areas to explore. We are also conveniently located exactly 3/4 of a mile from two wedding venues: Briar Barn Inn and The Barn at Bradstreet Farm. Use our space to get ready and unwind!

Attending Wedding at Grove was Amplified by this Northshore Retreat

We selected this home for its location near The Grove to attend a wedding. Little did we know how this home would enhance the entire experience. The neighbors have two cows which added to a pastoral environment that encouraged relaxing while prepping for the wedding. The home was well equipped, beds comfortable, and location perfect. On Sunday, we walked into town for breakfast at The Three Sweet Peas Cafe, and then walked to the town Flea market - lots of fun. This was a perfect a location to add a visit to Salem - which we enjoyed very much. The only enhancement we would suggest to the home, is additional lighting in the bathrooms to prep for weddings; i.e., shaving and applying makeup. We enjoyed our stay very much, and want to come back to explore the area more! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
