Great Place for Time with Family

The house had a nice open concept area to enjoy time with family and four spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Our favorite things about the house were the large wrap around porch, private beach and location. The management team was very responsive and helpful!Definitely would stay there again!

Family Vaca

Beautiful home! Everything you could want! There were 11 of us from 5-71 and I can’t think of anything missing. Kitchen was well equipped. They had cast iron skillets we put to good use every morning. Large enough to be together but also large enough when you needed a little time for yourself. We enjoyed the porches and all the space under the house since it was on stilks. Beds and bathrooms were wonderful. Beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the many books located throughout the house. There were chairs umbrellas and beach toys provided. Very short walk to the beautiful beach!! The only drawback which has nothing to do with the home is the new laws about private beaches on 30A. We had great beach access but did have the homeowner of home 49 (directly to the left of the beach walkway) ask us to move. We moved but found it ironic since they set up chairs and tents on 2 lots but never utilized them. Oh well some people can’t help themselves. Didn’t spoil our fun but just be aware. We plan on coming back!

Second time another great time

Loved having beach chairs there, a few steps down to the beach, gorgeous home with cooking tools, gas range, gas grill, wrap around porch with wonderful fans, birds tweeting in the nearby trees. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. We rented 4 bikes and enjoyed cycling to Rosemary for the Sunday farmers market. Even our 11week old granddaughter slept well. We like the new flooring on the bedrooms and the new white exterior paint. Everyone wants to return next year. Hopefully we can fit with a new grandson due soon.

We loved the location of this property nearby Alys, Rosemary, and only steps to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout of the house was perfect for a group of couples to socialize but also have our own space. The furniture and carpet show some wear and tear as to be expected with a rental property. Excellent property for the price on 30A.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! The location was amazing and there was lots of space. Plenty of beach chairs but you will need to bring or buy an umbrella. This house is so close to the private beach that it is no hardship to lug gear. I do hope the new owners will update the carpet though as it is in bad shape. That was the only negative about this place. We felt like we were staying in a fancy treehouse.and we will be back!

Great location, easily walkable to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach; a hop, skip, jump and down some stairs down to the beautiful gulf. The house is amazing! Loved having private baths for each room. We enjoyed visiting, eating and reading on the porches. The kitchen was so well equipped and the living area great for a family of 8 competing with karaoke! We want to return!

Spring break trip

This home is perfect for families and friends. The layout is great for entertaining as well as privacy. Everything you need is provided. I usually bring basics from home so I can cook, do laundry, etc (favorite kitchen knives, extra paper towels, detergents...) but never needed them. Everything you need is there. I felt like I was visiting a friend’s home. It’s not in the middle of the crazy busy areas but close enough to enjoy the shopping and dining in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach access (under a minute!) We will certainly return!

This house has everything listed and more. There were so many things included, from bikes, brand new beach chairs, and a wagon, to the dishes, spices, and cable and Netflix! The only disappointment, to no fault of the owner, was the beach access has been washed out by the many hurricanes. We had a bit of trouble finding a beach access that was still in working order. The street also needs some maintenance due to gravel being washed out from all the storms. Overall, this place was awesome, and we would definitely rent again!

This was an amazing house, short walk to the beach, everything we needed, chairs, toys, etc. Kitchen well stocked, beyond your expectations. Andrea is so friendly and accomodating. Porches catch the breezes, bike path a stones throw away for easy living on 30A. Lovely place!
