The Space:

Step outside on the floating deck into the stunning extra large gazebo, where you can enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by nature views, featuring a built-in cooler to keep all your beverages ice cold. Get your game on, in our first of two game rooms to enjoy a game of ping pong, pool and PlayStation 4 alongside our unique, “chill vibes only” grass wall. In the second game room, you can unwind in the full-body massage chair that’s equipped with Bluetooth speakers to play your favorite tunes. While here, you can also play a round of air hockey, followed by friendly poker night with everyone up to the challenge. We are located just a few homes away from the Community Lake and Beach, just a 4 minute scenic walk, or 30 seconds by car. Take the two kayaks provided, equipped with wheel trolleys to make walking with them a piece of cake down to the water. Relax around the fire pit under the stars while two can unwind on the hammock. Get cozy in the modern living room with our ultra high def 65 inch tv, equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime for movie night. The community lake is properly maintained for people to swim in the beach area. There are tables and grills for BBQ's with a fishing pier with plenty of space for any outdoor activities, the sunset on the lake is a MUST SEE! Sizzle it up with our complimentary 5-burner grill for a BBQ day. Switch on the outdoor patio string lights to cozy up the entire gazebo and deck beautifully in the evening, for a level of relaxation you won't forget.

Should be full, but in the rare case, you can take one of the two propane exchange tanks to refill at Wawa or Aharts just minutes away from the home to refill and we will reimburse you for it!



Welcome Home! Our newly renovated home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. We have 2 game rooms, with different games and activities for everyone. The backyard deck is an amazing place to be, you will probably spend a lot of time here due to the huge gazebo that has both an outdoor dining area along with a sofa set to relax on, fitting all the guests. The gas grill has 5 burners to cook everyone a quick delicious meal. The modern living room features a 65" hd tv with Netflix and Amazon prime. Our dining table seats 8, and can accommodate up to 10. The kitchen includes a gas stove and microwave, with 4 barstools on the granite kitchen counter for even more space.



The lake opens for kayak access and swimming beginning Memorial Day, May 29th, until September 30th.



Guest Access:

⚫Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code to check-in via keypad. Check-in is at 4PM, and check-out is at 10AM. Early arrival and late departure may be available, pending approval from the host and a fee may apply. The property is entirely yours during your stay, so please make yourself at home. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the home or area!
