The 2 full en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a walk in shower in the master and a tub/shower combo in the 2nd bath while providing privacy.

Conveniently located in the gated community of Imperial Golf Estates, this condo lives like a single family home. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened lanai, with unobstructed views of Regal Lake and its fountains. Take a short walk to the community pool to soak in the sunshine. Sip a cocktail as you watch the beautiful sunset at the close of the day. During season, join the weekly socials at the pool.
Just minutes from Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Wiggins Pass State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato shopping center, Naples Zoo, and downtown Naples. Fine dining within minutes at the many restaurants Naples has to offer. This location is hard to beat!

Great location - quiet gated community, close to everything with easy access to beaches, shopping, dining, I-75 and the RSW airport. 6 minute drive to the Mercato shopping center, 5 minute drive to Del or Wiggins beach, minutes to many restaurants.
Attached garage - no need to be out in the weather
First floor - no stairs to deal with
Very comfortable - larger than most condos in the area
Great views - no backyard neighbors - look out over the lake to a wooded preserve (not other condos)
South facing - enjoy the warm winter sun and stay cooler in the summer

The host was most gracious and easy to communicate with. The place was very well located - it was quiet and secluded. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment. It seemed that everything worked well in the house.
