They seemed pet friendly, though we didn't bring any of ours. National parks are very close and beautiful

The cabin was adorable and we enjoyed our stay. It could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet seat was dirty.

Sorry that there was a question with the cleaning. We double check for quality. So I'm not sure how that happened. Please be assured from our other reviews that is not the standard but the exception. I apologize we did not know or we would have remedied the problem immediately .

Renters Beware! The bathroom is very small and is a safety hazard. There are 2 separate steps which caused my wife to almost fall twice. The bathroom isn’t suitable for seniors. Probably the worst mattress we have ever slept on traveling. The mattress is very soft and snagged in the middle. We could only use the internet half the time. I don’t know how the place received a 9.8 rating.

I am sorry you were not satisfied in your review. Yes the bathroom does have 2 steps which is disclosed. In all the years we have done this we haven't had a complaint. As far as the internet we had 5 gamers stay with us last weekend and didn't have a problem. The weather was stormy but we didn't notice a problem with the fiber optic internet. Matresses are such a, personal preference. We have several comments on other platforms that say it's the most comfortable mattress they slept on. Sorry if you prefer a harder matress. We messaged you and asked if you enjoyed your stay and you messaged back, you enjoyed it, and also stated that in our guest book too. I am very surprised by your review. We strive very hard to make sure our guests have a good stay at an economical rate.
