Nestled in Gatlinburg’s Elk Springs Resort, Summit Sanctuary is a revitalized 3-bedroom cabin crafted for relaxation, entertainment, and cherished mountain memories. Enjoy a movie night in the private home theater with Roku streaming and surround sound, unwind in the hot tub, or savor coffee on the covered deck in classic rocking chairs. Many modern upgrades gives a modern feel in charming rustic cabin. This cabin is an excellent value, has modern amenities and still has that rustic charm feeling. Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. And worth a cockroach in the upstairs bed. Did not find Airbnb nor elk Springs to do anything about any problem that we had the dryer didn’t work correctly, the sink in the basement didn’t have cold water and the hot tub needed repair and when my bag was unintentionally left there, of course no one found it however, it was the only place that we stayed. Housekeeping apparently feels what they find is theirs.

The game room, theater room, sauna and hot tub added to the ideal location for a Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge vacation.
