The space
The perfect house for families, groups, sports fans, and those looking for something peaceful but still close to popular areas around Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, and Glendale.

Spacious layout and comfortable and stylish furniture and decor. Game room with arcade games and pool table! Fully stocked kitchen for guest use. Other amenities include full laundry and garage access.

Not a party house! Any loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests must respect neighbors at all times.
