Clean rooms and great location. There is a hot tub on site and coin/card laundry about a one minute walk from condo. Easy parking. About a 5 min drive to Canmore which has more shops/restaurants. About 15 minute drive to Banff. Downsides - you can hear the people walking in the condo above you and beds are squeaky. We used our noise maker on cell phone to help drown out the noise.

Good base for exploring Banff

We had a good time staying at this place. The location is great if you want someplace quieter and less expensive than Banff. It’s only 10 minutes away from Canmore and 15-20 to Banff, so it worked great for us as a home base and went out and explored all day. It is easily accessible off the road but away from the hustle and bustle. The unit was clean and well maintained. An older but updated unit that seems well maintained. A few things to note was that it’s a first floor so you can hear people above. A few tweaks such as more towels, blankets and bigger/more pillows would be nice improvements. They had curtains and blinds which was helpful with how bright it is for how long especially with kids. Also the bed is very firm which wasn’t to our preference.
