Remodeled 4bd/2ba house in Bessemer MI. Within a 20 minute (or less) drive to some of the best downhill ski hills, groomed X-country ski parks, hiking trails, biking, Snowmobiling, hunting and fishing that you'll find anywhere in the Midwest. Just a 2 minute walk out the front door to the paved non-motorized Iron Belle trail for a quick fix of walking, running, biking and skiing (groomed in the winter). New tile and finishes in the bathrooms, hardwood floors refinished, new light fixtures and devices, new carpet and paint throughout. Large one car detached garage and space for a second car in the driveway. Sorry...No space for trailers on site. Nicely maintained house with a large yard, beautiful sunsets and great neighbors. The USPS, Library, Kwik trip, Dairy Queen and Pit Stop (great burgers & fries!) are all within 1/2 a mile.

This was our first time in the UP, and it was a fantastic experience. Noah was an outstanding host, and the property was extremely clean with lots of thoughtful little extras. There was even a bag of coffee waiting for us when we arrived, which was a great touch. The hospitality was excellent, and Noah was very helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time exploring the area and truly enjoyed our experience with this rental. I can’t say enough good things about it!

Had a great time celebrating the 4th of July with friends and family. Everyone had their own space but hung out in the living room when all together. Location was perfect for the holiday. Communication with the host was excellent and was able to answer any questions. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great find!

We have stayed in several different rentals in this area, and this one was the most comfortable one we’ve been at! The house was clean and spacious, the owner was excellent at communicating, and he went above and beyond by making sure the sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow super early in the morning (knowing we had to leave early for a ski race). We would definitely stay at this property again!
