The location was perfect for our 14 family members. The neighborhood was extremely kid friendly, the beach was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic week. Overall, it was a great experience.

Perfect for family getaway

Perfect place and location for a family getaway. The location couldn't be better. This beach house is ideal and the host is welcoming and responsive in all our communications. This was our second time at his property and we will be back again.

Quintessential Connecticut shore beach house with great decor and updated kitchens on both sides. Awesome laundry machines too. We rented both sides for our family and had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The beach was amazing and loved the Adirondack chars and fire pit. They even had two inflatable paddle boards and a great cornhole game. Plenty of dishes and glasses, great TV’s in both living rooms and new coffee machines. We are already planning a trip back next year. I’d suggest renting both sides as they can be rented separately.

Had a surprise 50th birthday for my wife, had family from NY and NJ come in. Directly on the ocean, we had both sides and got everything we could have asked for. What an unforgettable trip.
