The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out all trash and recycling. Pull trash/recycling to the curb on Sunday nights.
Place all used towels in the bathroom on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles on the RIGHT side of the driveway only. No street parking is permitted.
One well-behaved dog is welcome with approval. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them outdoors. Poop bags are provided.
Please respect our shoreline neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events.
