The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and directly on a canal with access to Lake Erie. Completely renovated, this ranch offers a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen and spacious living room, both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality queen beds to ensure a good night's rest. There is a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and adjustable heat and AC for your comfort.
Outside, enjoy the large deck overlooking the water, perfect for sunset dinners during summer months. After a long day of fishing and water activities, wind down with a bonfire right outside. You can dock your boat along the seawall and access Lake Erie right from the backyard. The area is a prime fishing spot for catching Walleye, Bass, Bluegill and many more. Pointe Mouillee is right across the street and offers some of the best waterfowl and upland bird hunting.
There is space to park your boat(s) and cars on the property. Please reach out if you want to confirm if your size boat will fit.
The neighborhood also features numerous restaurants in close proximity if you don't feel like cooking. There is a convenience store at the Downriver Marina just 1 minute away in case you need any essentials.

We have a doorbell camera monitoring the front porch for security purposes.
Please bring your own firewood and starter if you would like to have a bonfire. The Marina and nearby gas stations sell firewood.
The boat launch is 1 minute away at the Downriver Marina. You can get bait there too.
If you plan on docking your boat, please bring buoys to place along the seawall in order to protect your boat.
