Your Home away from Home in Houston with 1 big comfy bedroom. This delightful entire bungalow 1,500sq ft, offers a cozy retreat with 1 big bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 couch/futon bed, TV, walk-in closet, desk and chair. Enjoy the amenities such as heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing & drying machine, 1 car private garage and 2 car driveway. The full bathroom features a bathtub, vanity and basic toiletries for your convenience. Relax in the natural light marvelous 12 large windows living room with an extra twin bed. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our bungalow. 240volts/50amp outlet for EV for a small fee $12/night

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip the bed sheets
Gather used towels in laundry bag, bathtub or next to Washing machine
Return the garage remote & leave on dining table. Damage/loss replacement $100
Move/put back furniture & other items to original locations
Please report any damages or lost items. Stain linens/towels will be charged $25 per piece.
Outdoor grill left uncleaned will be charged $30
Household inventory is photo digital on file.
