The space
The main floor features a welcoming reception area, an open-concept living and dining room, a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, and a convenient powder room. The living room sofa doubles as a sofa bed, with linens provided. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a vanity sink separate from the bath, and a charming window seat with sound views. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and crib, while the third has a twin bed.
The lower level of the home includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest use (detergent provided) and a private guest suite. The suite features a full kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
Outside, enjoy a stone patio shaded by evergreens and a covered front porch. Off-street parking is available in the alley behind the home, with additional free street parking nearby, as allowed by signage.

The lower floor of the home features a walkway that includes visible building piping and other utilities. While this area is completely safe, we want to be transparent as some previous guests have noted its appearance. If you enter through the back of the home, you will pass through this space. For a more visually appealing arrival, we recommend entering through the front of the home.
Off-street parking is available in the alley behind the home, and detailed directions to the parking spot will be provided with your check-in instructions. The entry code for accessing the home is also located at the back of the property near the parking area, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival.
Please note that landscaping maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay to keep the property looking its best, though we strive to minimize any disruption.
