One Seagrove Place Condo, right in the heart of Seagrove Beach and the famous C 30A, is 1 mile east of Seaside. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo sleeps 6 with the queen sofa sleeper and is convenient to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping.
The condo is freshly painted with travertine flooring throughout, granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen. The den is appointed with a comfortable sofa and love seat and a swivel-glider upholstered chair, along with a 42' flat screen T.V. There is a King Master ensuite and a Queen Guest ensuite with luxurious mattresses and linens in the bedrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa! From the balcony, the open sunset views over the gulf are stunning, and the new cushioned balcony seating provides a relaxing way to enjoy the beach.
One Seagrove Place Condos has a heated pool, tennis court, work out facility, elevators, along with recreational rentals as well.

Everything was perfect. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Elevators were fast, the water was perfect and the sunsets were incredible. Easy walk to eat, get donuts or ice cream.

Place was nice and cozy. The kitchen is small but it was fine for the amount of time we were there. The view was wonderful and it was nice that chairs were provided. The umbrellas didn’t work so we had to rent an umbrella. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced but it was wonderful to have a view of the ocean from the master. The place is nice and in a great location.

Awesome Beach view…..the kitchen really needed cleaning….the dishes I used I run the dishwasher first…I used many wet paper towels wiping off counter tops with left over crumbs, coffee grounds etc. handles on refrigerator, dishwasher etc. the sink really needs soft scrubbing…..I understand a housekeeper has a lot of territory to cover…..I feel for them! Yes, we enjoyed your unit, loved your decor….wish I could find a bowl like the one you have on the table! Sure enjoyed meeting you both….Bill has shared your stories with our children

We’ve stayed at One Seagrove multiple times and it’s so convenient. It can’t get any easier with the beach access and proximity to Seaside. The condo itself was really dirty. Crushed up goldfish under the table, hair along the baseboards of every room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It really just seemed like they hadn’t gotten it cleaned in a long long time. Yes, there were fresh sheets and towels but that was about it. It definitely needs a deep clean.

Our week in Seagrove Beach

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at Mr. Sandman in One Seagrove Place. The condo is beautifully decorated, and our host, Ann, even provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It is convenient to the restaurants we enjoy and to shopping. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location

We had a girls trip for the long weekend. The condo was perfect choice for us. The host was very nice and available when contacted. Location right on the beach with a great oceanfront balcony. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The location is great -close to restaurants and grocery store is only few minutes by car. Nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella’s provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Views

The best aspects of this property are the views and the updated kitchen. The space is a little tight for 4 people. Renters should know the beaches on either side of the condo have declared themselves private beaches and the beach directly in front of the condo is a very public beach with public access. So, the beach directly in front of the condo is extremely crowded (even in March) while the beaches on either side are vacant. We never received any checkout instructions.
