The stay was great! The condo was exactly as described, steps from the beach! The only improvement in my opinion, would be clearer parking instructions for late check ins.

Great place to relax

Clean and remodeled condo. Side water view was perfect and less noisy than over pool beach side. Guppy's restaurant across street was great. Great beach and beautiful sunsets. We do recommend this condo and will be back for sure

Very easy beach access

We thought this unit was beach facing when we rented it, it wasn’t , however it had very easy, quick beach access. Multiple very good restaurants right across the street.

We are very careful to note which units are "gulf front" and which units are "gulf view". We only have a very few "gulf view" units. But it sounds like you had a great stay. Hurry back.

Fantastic location with immediate beach access

Absolutely loved our trip! Our rental was in a great location and incredibly clean when we arrived. We had immediate beach access and a pool which was nice to have for the days where the beach was busy or the ocean was a little rough. Probably the highlight of our trip was all of the wildlife we saw! One day there was a group of rays leaping out of the water and the next we got to see a group of dolphins!

Nice pool. Easy access to beach. However too many codes to enter and when we first arrived the pad for code wasn’t letting us open room door and we had to wait 45 minutes in the heat for maintenance to arrive

Hello, So glad you enjoyed the property. We cannot do anything about the code to the lobby or beach. But I have emailed the Hamilton House board to see if they can. Thank you!

Nice clean condo

This condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It's been nicely updated and was clean when we arrived. Only suggestion is to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because the neighbors can be loud.

First Time at Indian Rocks Beach

My husband and I stayed at this property for seven nights. It is very conveniently located - close to quite a few restaurants - and the beach is wonderful. Although you don’t look out directly on the beach from the balcony, you can see it. (The balcony is open to the side of the building.) we spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool is the condo was a nice, quiet place to return home to.
