Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, one covered space underneath the building and one space in the open lot. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
