The villages of Montepulciano and Cortona are just 25 minutes by car. ( 28 km each) Siena is a 45 minutes drive, Florence 1 hour and Rome 2 hours by car. The train station is just 6 km away; the local village is 2 km away. The simple exquisite beauty of this area is peerless: verdant rolling countryside that still retains an unspoiled rural character. Lake Trasimeno has untouched scenery and shimmering mirror lake with its glass like surface. Villa & Charme id 2109 has unending views of this colourful panorama of pastures, cultivated fields and rolling patchwork hills with silvery olive groves. The fenced pool (7x12 and 1, 60 to 2, 50 depth) is adjacent the house and offers a very large garden that is safe for children.
MoInside large archways made of cotto brick and sturdy local stone separate the beautiful ample living areas, perfect for entertaining and fully furnished including comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace; a long table is perfect for dining 20 people or more and the large adjacent fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking courses. Outside the loggia offers beautiful views across the romantic hills and is fully furnished, including, sun beds and tables for dining al fresco. The villa offers all modern comfort including air-conditioning and Internet connection. Wedding parties and cooking services are allowed exclusively with owner staff. TRULY ELEGANT VILLA!

I stayed in this villa last summer with my family. We are lovers of nature and we loved this estate so much. The garden is immense and very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa, classically elegant and with attention to details. The pool is definitely the extra touch: it made us relax adults and our little nieces have a lot of fun! Look forward to come back!

Several times I have entrusted myself to Villa & Charme to book my holidays and, as always, it is a success. This year holidays together with a group of friends. I booked the villa early, to be sure to rent the week we wanted, and everything went smoothly. The villa is in fact treated, elegant and immersed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, near Arezzo, Florence and Siena We took the opportunity to take some gastronomic trips out and taste the delicious products of the area. A place to explore!

there are not enough words I can use to describe this wonderful place. It completely exceeded my expectations. The location is just 1 km from the village, so you can enjoy the quiet countryside, but with a few minutes walking you can reach the nearest village if you need a supermarket, restaurants or other. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen equipped with everything. The pool has cooled us on the hottest days. The surroundings of the villa are also a fun place to explore on foot, if you love walking in nature. At sunset it becomes a really suggestive walk. This is definitely a place where I know I'll be back again and again.

FANTASTIC PLACE, AWSOME VILLA

Together with other couples of friends we decided to rent this villa for our holidays. Some of us had never been to Italy, others several times, but this was the solution that made everyone agree! First of all, in fact, the villa is beautiful, very elegant, spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Then, the pool in the garden is simply something fantastic. And also, the location is useful to travel and visit some famous cities in this area, some must-see for those who have never been, such as Siena (one of my favourite cities of all time) and Florence. An absolutely positive experience! Considering that I am a curious person who always likes to try new things, for my next vacation in Italy I would choose a different villa to visit different places and I will trust the staff of Villa & Charme again. They were very kind and helpful during our booking process. Thanks for helping to make our holiday fantastic

Again and again! A SUPER VILLA!

We had a great time, the villa was described to us as very romantic and the description has met expectations, a delightful estate surrounded by greenery, quiet, clean, with every comfort and, last but not least, a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside. It exceeded our expectations: spacious, elegant and equipped with every comfort and of course the pool, which we enjoyed every hour of the day. FANTASTIC VILLA I want to come back to RIGHT NOW!

The place is lovely, even better than we have seen it advertised; It is a source of inspiration and makes you feel at home, it opens a gash on your desires because we believe that no one can remain indifferent to the rustic beauty and also to the elegance and taste of accommodation. The swimming pool immersed in the countryside is a paradise, we hope to return soon! A more than positive experience overall. Each of our friends felt more than good in here and did not express any complaints except that they wanted to do another week! see you next year, for sure! Great Villa in a perfect location

Beautiful grounds and comfortable villa

My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful villa and we were astonished by its size, location and atmosphere - it fully lived up to our expectations. At the first glance of the house we thought we had taken the wrong exit – and couldn’t believe that this was actually the villa in which we would spend a whole week. It was fantastic, beautiful grounds, geat views on sweet hills, amazing swimming pool, gorgeous villa. it had everything and superb value as well. We had more then enough space and everybody was extremely comfortable, especially the kids. The location is fantastic as well, close to the lake, the village, major tuscan cities and of course Montepulciano and Cortona. Finally it's worth mentioning the hosts are always on hand to help with any queries or resolving problems, they understand perfectly well your needs and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend wholeheartedly!
