Horrible Experience
We arrived very late. 1st thing on our mind is go to the barm. There was an 1/8th roll of TP in 1 bathroom. Even the cheapest hotels have a full roll & a spare. As we began to unpack we noticed the house needed a deep clean & repairs. That night I sent a message to the realtor stating the home was unacceptable.I had to scrub the soap scum in the bathtub. It's old & shows wear and tear. But this was filth! The ensuite bathroom shower, had no water pressure & if you increased the temp the shower made a continuous LOUD noise. The 1st floor shower fills up with a couple of inches of water immediately. The toilet is leaking water and sometimes won't flush. The kitchen sink hadn't been scrubbed in a long while. Had filthy black corners & coffee stained. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Found dishsoap in the front bushes days later. The coffee pot had dried/moldy grounds in it. Had to wash anything we used as it was sticky. The kitchen cabinets were so unorganized and crammed pack you had to pull it all out to see what's there.The laundry room is filthy & the door is broken. The HVAC vent is FILTHY & possibly moldy, too many layers of filth to tell.The 2nd day the realtor responded and said call the owner. Then she sent another response to say the previous tenants gave it 5 stars and hoped we would too. She never asked what's wrong with the house. This realtor is the property manager. The owners representative. The outdoor furniture was broken.Very sad
