Only a 3 minute drive into downtown Del Mar, or 15 minute walk along the ocean bluff. 5 minutes from the Del Mar racetrack. Only a 25 minute taxi from the airport, Seaport Village, or The Gaslamp District in the heart of downtown San Diego. You will absolutely fall in love with this home!
