Also included is a piano for music entertainment. In walking distance to the many hotspots in the Del mar village to eat, shop, or hang at the beach. Plenty of things to do in Del Mar! Nights are especially beautiful and serene, you won’t ever miss a sunset from any part of the house...then, fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Great ocean views from most rooms in the house! Only a 3 minute drive into downtown Del Mar, or 15 minute walk along the ocean bluff. 5 minutes from the Del Mar racetrack. Only a 25 minute taxi from the airport, Seaport Village, or The Gaslamp District in the heart of downtown San Diego. You will absolutely fall in love with this home!
