Spacious apartment with lots of living space. Comfortable beds and European sizing. US standard for sleeping 5 adults sleeping comfortably with the 5 beds, one is a single. Two full bathrooms with showers. There is a laundry place 5 minute walk to do laundry, no laundry machine ion site. It was not a problem just to know. AC worked great and each bedroom had its own system for individual control. That was a bonus! Nice decor and comfortable furnishings. We would definitely stay again. Communication was excellent with property owners. Location was perfect right on Tram 4 line. Walking distance to most sights 20 -30 minutes. We love to walk the city.

The apartment is sizeable and has lots of beds which would work for a larger group or family. Wifi worked well. Outlets are plentiful. Furniture is comfortable and the place was delivered very clean. Very helpful is the team responds to queries and did come and take care of immediate issues. The apartment is in a very old building which is in some disrepair. The inside has leaky shower, a bathroom door that did not close, hot water heater which is off until you request it to be turned on, so not perfect. We had this for the weekend of the Champions League final and the price was put at a super super premium. This was where there was a gap. A few extra towels (not one per person) and supplements of 330 for arriving three hours early (in fairness we were noticed) - would have made the stay feel more in line with what was expected. If you're gonna charge like the 4 seasons... then at least try where you can to deliver like the 4 seasons. But it's certainly a good enough spot for a group and exceptionally located by the tube and near enough to the main sites of the city. Overall a recommend at the right price.

Demand for accommodation was exceptionally high across the city, and rates reflected those market conditions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the shower, bathroom door, towels, and hot water system. We wish these items had been brought to our attention during your stay, as our local team is available to address maintenance and comfort issues promptly whenever guests notify us.
