Terrible stay. Safety and health hazards.This place was a major disappointment and absolutely not worth the price. We arrived to an apartment that was freezing with a lack of functioning heat. The shower was broken, and the towels smelled like mildew. Tony did replace the shower head and bring fresh towels the next day, but that barely scratched the surface of the real problems.The bigger issues were serious and never properly addressed. The apartment smelled like sewage. Every bathroom had visible mold, including black mold in corners of damp shower areas. That’s a health issue, not a minor inconvenience.The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The sheets and pillows were stained and dirty, and the linens were never changed. We found clear evidence the unit wasn’t cleaned or inspected after the previous guests, including a dirty plate left out and a hair tie on the floor. There was also a stained, dirty chair.Worst of all, there were huge holes and gaps in the wooden living room floor that were covered with a rug. We tripped more than once. Covering hazards instead of fixing them is not okay.I raised these issues immediately with the host and Tony. The host did not meaningfully respond, and Tony eventually acknowledged the standard fell short and blamed the cleaning team. That doesn’t change what we experienced.Bottom line: lack of heat, mold throughout the bathrooms, sewage odors, dirty linens and furnishings, and unsafe flooring. This should not be listed!!!

This review contains entirely false claims and does not reflect the condition or quality of the apartment, which is brand new, well maintained, and accurately described. From the start, this guest appeared to follow a pattern of shake-downs: booking high-end flats beyond her means, raising false issues, and using the threat of negative reviews and intimidation to pressure hosts into providing financial compensation. When this attempt failed, she went ahead and published these false claims. This review was motivated entirely by a request for money, not the guest’s actual experience. I remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and high-quality stay for all guests.
