CREEKSIDE RETREAT: SEDONA WINE COUNTRY GETAWAY | POOL, HOT TUB, OAK CREEK
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The Place at Page Springs is a countryside retreat with four unique homes on three scenic acres. Guests of The Place share inviting amenities including an unheated pool, hot tub, creek access, and outdoor gathering spaces: all part of what makes this property special.
In autumn, the grounds glow with brilliant gold and crimson leaves. Relax to the sounds of Oak Creek, gather under the trees for yoga or dining, or play volleyball on the lawn. Depending on the season, you might also pick apples, apricots, peaches, or pomegranates right from the property.
With hiking, wineries, fishing, birdwatching, and stargazing nearby, every season offers its own charm, but fall is truly breathtaking.
You’ll love being in the heart of Arizona’s wine country. Within minutes, visit five local wineries: Cove Mesa, Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Vineyards, Javelina Leap, and DA Ranch. Sedona and Historic Cottonwood are 15 minutes away, Jerome is 30 minutes, Phoenix International Airport is 90 minutes, and the Grand Canyon is 2.5 hours from your doorstep.

ABOUT THE CREEK HOUSE
The Creek House is your Sedona-area hub — 1,400 sq. ft. of comfort in Page Springs, surrounded by vineyards and just steps from Oak Creek. What began as a single-wide trailer has been transformed into a modern retreat with vintage character and updated finishes. It’s the ideal base for couples and families to explore Northern Arizona: spend the morning hiking Sedona’s red rocks, tour the nearby wineries, or launch paddle boards straight from the creek. After a day of adventure, gather back at the spacious 350 sq. ft. deck to share the stories of the day.
The updated manufactured home features a massive outdoor deck that overlooks Oak Creek and includes two bedrooms and two baths. The house features a king bedroom with private bath, a queen bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for a total of up to 5 guests. The open floor plan plus full-size laundry room makes this house a great option for families or two couples looking to enjoy the bucolic creek life.
What makes The Creek House truly special is its connection to Oak Creek. Step outside and you’re greeted with sparkling water, tree-lined views, and the soundtrack of nature all around. Cast a fishing line, watch wildlife along the banks, or simply take in the glow of golden hour from the deck as the light dances on the water. This home isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a rare chance to base yourself in Sedona’s wine country with creek access.
KITCHEN & DINING
The Creek House kitchen was completely renovated in 2023. The kitchen has a warm, easy feel with its wood tongue-and-groove ceilings and scalloped trim. Stainless steel appliances and a center island make it simple to cook a meal or spread out snacks after a day on the trails. The dining area opens right off the kitchen with a round mid-century table, rattan chairs, and a funky brass lamp that casts a cozy glow.
Fully equipped kitchen: stainless steel appliances, Ninja blender, Nutribullet, Instant Pot, wok, toaster, drip coffee maker, grinder, electric kettle
Locally roasted coffee provided
Spices and cooking oil
Dining table for 4, island seating for 2, outdoor dining for 5
LIVING AREAS
The Creek House brings its retro spirit into the living areas, with two separate spaces to suit different moods. One room is set up for movie nights with a 55` TV and a leather sofa, while the other leans into vintage charm with a record player, plaid sleeper sofa, and playful mid-century accents. Together they give families and groups space to spread out — teens can hang back with music while others unwind with a show or step out to the deck.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

✔ Known for its wine culture, birdlife, and creative spirit, this community values slow living and connection to nature
✔ Spend the day sipping estate wines, spotting herons at dusk, and end the night under a sky full of stars
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
✔ The Place sits on three acres, bordered by a working vineyard. Occasionally there can be some noise from agricultural equipment tending to the vineyard, but most often it`s quiet and peaceful. Between late February and early May, the vineyard may run a frost fan on chilly nights when temperatures dip below 34°. The fan circulates air to protect the vines, and while it can be heard from the property, it usually runs only briefly and is part of the rhythm of life in wine country
✔ Being in a rural, creekside setting, you may see insects, especially near water in warmer months. Professional pest control is in place, but occasional bugs are part of the environment. Closing doors and keeping outdoor lights off helps
✔ The pool and spa are serviced daily, though leaves may gather. You may also see seasonal groundskeeping
✔ The home sits back from Page Springs Road; daytime winery traffic may cause some noise, but evenings are generally quiet
