The Space:

The Severina vacation rental is a newly remodeled home, walking distance to Gulf of Mexico beaches. It offers a private, relaxing, and family-friendly atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodation for 8 guests, it's spacious and comfortable. The enclosed lanai features a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grilling/dining area. This luxurious craftsman-style home includes a den with a queen-size pull-out couch, an extravagant kitchen and dining area with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private entrance to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds, each with their own full bathroom. Enjoy the pool and hot tub for a perfect family vacation in Naples, Florida!

Policy for Naples Residents

Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification to ensure a smooth and secure stay.



We do offer additional add on's such as:



-Pool Heat - $60/night + tax (Hot Tub won't heat without the heater being on)

*Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. This heat is what heats both the pool and hot tub. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day + tax. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100/day + tax.

-Pet-free Property. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests.

-We kindly request that events not be hosted at this house, allowing for a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

-To ensure a comfortable experience, the maximum number of guests allowed at this property is 8. This limit applies not only to overnight stays but also to daytime visits.
