A single room with 1 full bed, downstairs has large room with multiple beds, 1 queen bunk bed and also one twin bunk. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms and one half bath located off the mud room.
Enjoy amenities like WiFi, washing machine and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables, comfortable living area and lots of great outdoor space. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling.
We are 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton and 45 minutes from lost trail our local ski resort. We are surrounded by hiking trails, great fishing, horseback riding and Como lake, great for water sports is only a 30 minute drive!
Hamilton has some amazing restaurants, coffee shops and places to ponder!! If your looking for an unique Montana experience you’ve found the right house.

House was older but in great shape. Would have liked to have ice and water in the fridge, but already bought a bag of ice just in case. Had family over on Friday night for a barbecue, checked the Weber and the tank was empty. Texted owner and within hours had a full tank brought over, Big thanks to Dawn for here help, she was great. Nice and quiet, we would stay again.

Why they chose this property

The home sites on 5 acres, we own an adjoining 30 acres, so there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We love this area in Hamilton for several reasons, but one of the best reasons is the beautiful sunsets, this home is on the eastern side of the valley, so we get the sun longer and we get to enjoy amazing sunsets!

What makes this property unique

The house sits above Skalkaho creek an easy walk from the house, Skalkaho is known for its creek fishing. Beautiful walks out the front door and only minutes from trail heads that will take you to the tops of the amazing mountains that make up the Bitterroot Valley. Looking to explore, you found the right place!
