Small duplex loft in a beautiful and big antique house of more than a centuryyears old.The apartment has been re designed combining modern with antique.
Located in the heart of San Telmo, 2 blocks away from Defensa street,where you can find many bars, restaurants, art galeries and antique shops.6 blocks from Puerto Madero, the Ecological Reserve and Plaza Dorrego. 5 blocks from Florida street and Plaza de Mayo, where begining all the subways.
The Loft have a comfortable living room with a sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equiped with refrigerator, oven,microwave and complete service.
In the superior floor there is a room with a Queen bed which can beseparated into 2 individual beds. There si a big wardrove.
The place has cable TV, internet, air conditioner and central heat.
The building has some shared places with other lofts: there is a beautiful patio with chairs, tables, a roof top with.
