This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was comfortable and allowed us to be together right in the heart of everything going on at Brianhead. We loved our stay here.

Thank you for your feedback Amanda- I’m so glad you had a great stay! Hope you’re able to come back and enjoy Brian Head again soon!
We have stayed multiple places in Brianhead and this is at the top of our list. The location was great. Kids loved the sledding, game room and hot tub. Perfect size for our family!
The apartment was great. The loft area was great for the kids. There was plenty of space and it’s nice and rustic. The location was perfect with easy access to lifts or the shuttle to other lifts. It was the best vacation

Comfortable, Great Location
The location to Giant Step couldn’t be better. The facilities, such as hot tub and sauna were a nice benefit and the management company was great. The place was clean and great for the price. The beds were comfortable enough but pillows were not the best. If you are planning on cooking big meals, there is limited pots and pans. I appreciated the coffee and snacks left. Overall, it is a great place that met our needs, just needs a bit of updating.
Great value for the location and amenities - hot tub and sauna downstairs on first floor. Beds were comfy and there were large TVs in every room which was nice. My teens loved the loft with its own bathroom and the place is an easy walk with ski boots across the parking lot to Brian Head lodge and ski lifts. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of bedding. Cool vintage framed ski posters. Frig and outdated bathroom fan does provide some white noise. Electric fireplace provides plenty of heat! Thanks for a great last minute weekend getaway!
Awful! We booked this rental for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night. The unit was very dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and above all it was very unsafe. The railing on the balcony is not bolted to the ground and freely moves, a step is loose on the stairs, the fireplace is hanging by wires, and there are electrical safety concerns. My dad is a handyman and was in the unit with is and he pointed out the electrical hazards. I would not recommend this unit and even more so if you have a child. It was not the best situation for us and our 4 year old. Also FYI, its on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

We appreciate you sharing feedback on your stay, and we’re sorry it did not meet your expectations. We want to assure guests that the condo meets all required safety standards. Each year, Brian Head requires a thorough safety and fire inspection, including electrical checks, and our condo consistently passes. We will have someone review the stair and railing to ensure everything remains in top condition. The electric fireplace was installed for ease of use, and the top is wired only for stability; these wires are not electrical or hazardous. The condo does not have an elevator. While older, the unit is well-maintained, and our housekeepers ensure it is comfortable. Combined with its great location, it offers excellent value in the beautiful town of Brian Head.
