Perfect unit for us! Modern, clean and welcoming.

SPI team came through with the perfect unit for us! And the unit itself was very up to date and definitely clean and welcoming. The SPI team is awesome! They communicate throughout the process and are available to help make our stay /experience a good one.

While everything went smoothly and we loved the condo, there were a couple of maintenance items that needed to be addressed. I reached out to the management team and they did acknowledge receipt of our requests, but we never heard from them again. A couple of important items that should be addressed: 1. patio door was sticking due to recent painting and very difficult to open, 2. The light in the refrigerator was blinking, maybe a short somewhere, 3. bath tub in the master bedroom was VERY slow to drain. I also recommend that a bath mat or sticky tape be placed in that bath tub to prevent slipping and falling. Since it was slow to drain, it left the tub slippery with soap scum.
