Great house for a group golf trip. The host was excellent at communicating and took care of a couple minor issues very quickly. The dinning table is fantastic the tavle on the back patio was the popular place to hang out. They have certainly maximized space to accommodate plenty of places to sleep. It was nice to have the cottage to take the overflow of food. Enough parking for several cars, jusy a little tricky to turn around. If you want a house to all hang out together this is a gem.
Pros and Cons. Pros first. Large home with large living areas so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Inside the home was clean. Pool table was fun. Cons: Even though no one stayed at the house the night before we were not allowed early check in, even 1 hour early, without paying a fee. Checkout is 10am which is difficult for a large party. Property is managed so expect fees outside normal VRBO fees. Outside had not been inspected for several days or more prior to our arrival. A large wasp nest was at the back door and one of the family members was stung several times so we bought wasp spray and killed them ourselves . Outside table was covered with bugs that appear to have fallen from the outside ceiling fan which was caked in cobwebs and bugs. Too high and too messy for me to reach and we were afraid of turning it on when we ate outside fearing bugs would fall in the food. Boat slip/dock was covered in what appears to be goose crap. It had been there so long it was stuck to the dock even though I attempted to sweep it off. Family had fun despite some challenges.

Clint, Thanks for bringing up the pros of this property. I would like to address the cons as you have left out a few items of your experience out. As we discussed early arrival fees are very standard in the vacation rental industry, and this property had some maintenance being performed the day before your arrival and in order to allow an early arrival that would have required a schedule change for our cleaning contractor which would have resulted in high cleaning fees. Next a 10am check out time is very standard. Regarding the bug situation and dock situation, the house is treated monthly including the patios by an exterminator, we can't control wildlife and with the property being so close to the water insects multiply daily! Unfortunately, we manage multiple properties and it's not physically possible to service every property the day before or day of arrival. The item you seemed to have FORGOT to include in your review was that when you contacted us at the beginning of your stay and informed us of the wasps and bugs on the porch, we had a handy man arrive and address the issues within 2 hours of your call. While some of the cons are true, they were addressed immediately so we don't think this is completely a fair review and we believe this is absolutely a 5-star property as most of the reviews reflect!
