Incredible place to stay. We had 20 girls and there were still open beds. Very spacious and the remodeling job inside and outside was amazing. Highly recommend!

The backyard is to die for! A large pool and hot tub, huge patio, and plenty of stuff to do. The rooms were cleaned well and spacious. The host was responsive and easy to talk to. The property was perfect for my group of 15. The location was about 25 minutes from most Miami activities though, in a quiet unsuspecting neighborhood, so plan accordingly. The host was very communicative and easy to talk to, and even added on late checkout for free!

Communication with the host early on was great. There was issues with miscommunication with myself, the host and whoever answers the phone when you call the “property” with being able to drop our bags off before check in. It was very frustrating but ended up working out. We stayed with 18 people and it was very comfortable inside and out! Beds were very comfortable and lots of bathrooms were clutch. The pool was extremely hot due to it being connected to the overflowing hot tub and wasn’t nice for 90 degree weather. The backyard was fun and very accommodating for a group to enjoy all the area. The biggest issue was the air conditioning broke for upstairs our last night which was terrible but it was 1am and the host didn’t answer which was understandable for the time. Make sure you’re okay with 30-45 minute drives to downtown/south beach and sometimes longer when traffic is bad. There also was not enough towels for the weekend. Each room only had 2 with no extras for pool and bath. The house was cleaned up but not very clean. There were crumbs on the kitchen floors and the pool had not been vacuumed or skimmed. We tried to adjust the temp on the fridge because our drinks and food were not staying cold. Overall, it was a good stay but wouldn’t do it again.

Regarding your comments, the early luggage drop-off was coordinated and resolved prior to check-in. During your stay, our team remained available and responsive for any requests. The pool temperature was explained to be affected by the connected spa system settings. We’re sorry about the AC issue during your final night. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, we were not able to address it immediately. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
