Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our freshly caught seafood.

Beautiful condo, tastefully furnished

This condo was very well-furnished and accessorized, a nice beachy feel but not overdone, with a large balcony overlooking the gulf. Everything seemed new and was in excellent working order. It was a delight spending a week here.

We enjoyed our stay at Palacio 1502! The location is great with The Jellyfish restaurant and shopping across the street. Our teenage girls especially loved the Lulu Lemon store! The only problem we had was that the wifi log in had been changed and we were unable to use it the first couple of days, but management fixed it. Everything was clean and the unit was well stocked. The book shelf was full of books and we were able to find some good reads. That was a nice bonus! The balcony is roomy and has nice furniture. I recommend this unit.

Family and friends vacation

We had a fantastic family and friends vacation. Several units rented at Palacio for the week. All ages from 70- 2 months old had a great time. Beach service was great too. Very secure. Finally decided that some of the little ones didn’t need the bands since they’re not adjustable and very big and the cost if lost is steep. We made it work. That would e an improvement if they can find a way to make them adjustable!!

Location was great. Rooms were a nice size. We were provided some supplies to start...although no bathroom shower/sink soap. So, you might want to consider bringing that along. We were expecting at least a starter bar until we could get to the store. We were fortunate to go during the slow season. I don't think anyone was even staying on the same floor as us...which was nice. However, that is when some condo owners chose to do loud maintenance on their properties. Thankfully, that obnoxious noise only lasted one full day! Keep that in mind, too, if you are booking during the slower season. Property management had nice communication. WiFi didn't work, because they provided us with the wrong password. Thankfully, the correct password was printed on the router, so we were able to successfully connect eventually. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend the property to others.

Nice place

Overall we had a great time. The room was nice. It was clean the kitchen had most of the things we needed. I had two issues. First we couldn’t get in the front door because I cannot find the door code. The codes were not all in the same place. They were an emails text, but they weren’t all in the same place until I asked to have them we could never get on the Wi-Fi I communicated, but nothing was ever fixed
