Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Cleaning crew was there until 30 minutes after check in. Windows upstairs were open when we got there (over 90 degrees outside) so it was very hot. There was black colored mold on the air conditioning vents and mold on the refrigerator water spout. The dishes and silverware were filthy. Water pressure was almost nonexistent in some of the bathrooms, and hot water didn’t work right. House is not being maintained at all. Leftover graduation cookies from probably a month ago left in a closet. Worst stay we’ve ever had in a VRBO. When we told all of this to management they said they were sorry and that they’d let maintenance know, but no effort to make it right.
