Such an amazing little cottage! Everything I needed was provided, check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was fast and helpful. I travel for work, and I’m so glad to add this place to my list of favorite stays in Idaho!
Perfect Vrbo! It had everything we needed—super comfortable, spotless, and well-stocked. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and lots of space to spread out. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from all the CDA restaurants, trails, and parks. The host was fantastic and communicated right on time. An all-around great stay and very clean!
Very clean and comfortable, AC units are a little noisy but wasn’t anything crazy and didn’t hinder our satisfaction with the property. Location is very easy to get to and from downtown
The house looks brand new, comfortable and cool. The AC was loud but this should be easy to manage by running it through day and I don't think it's hardly needed at night. It is near East Sherman and many fantastic spots. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to downtown and the lake each day.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and food trucks. Air conditioning units were a bit annoying, but opening windows this time of year works best. And the pillows could have been a bit more comfy. All in all, really nice place to stay.
The property was clean, spacious, and super cute! I was a little hesitant at first, reading about the air conditioning, but as a person who sleeps with a fan every night it honestly didn’t bother me once. The location is perfect to where we needed, it was walking distance (1 mile) from downtown Couer D’Alene, down the street from a brewery (which is where we went for the rehearsal dinner), and they have the cutest little coffee shop also walking distance (0.25 miles)! It was clean, quiet, and in a very nice neighborhood that felt very safe. Overall, we were only here for a weekend to attend a wedding and it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
A great little place to stay! It was close to everything we were looking to do with easy access to the interstate and downtown. The place had everything we needed and it was very clean! The only downside was the air conditioners in the bedrooms were very loud. Fortunately we didn't need to run them all night long. This didn't impact our trip too much, just an FYI for anyone who is a light sleeper. I would stay here again if I needed a place in Coeur D' Alene.

My friend and I stayed at this house. This house has air conditioning units in the wall of each room. Being warm in the summer the air conditioning was needed to be comfortable. The issue was with how loud they are and how they functioned. The units would turn off and on to stay at temperature. But they are the loudest air conditioners I have ever heard. They don’t seem to be new so maybe that is the issue. When they turned on, it sounded like a plane taking off. Both my friend and I ended up getting horrible sleep, waking up everytime they turned on. One unit in one of the bedrooms is only 3 feet from your head, so that makes it much worse. I informed the owner of the rental house the morning after the first night of this issue and that we could not get a good nights rest. We asked to get reimbursed and cancel our stay but the owner would not work with us and said that it is too late to cancel. We had a four night stay and decided that after 3 nights we left and got a hotel room so we could have at least one good night sleep. I informed the owner of this and again he would not reimburse us for even one night so we ended up paying for this rental along with a hotel room. I can remember a couple times when I had issue with a hotel room, the hotel always makes things right by getting another room or a reimbursement if no room was available. This owner does not care for his renters comfortability obviously. So beware that if you were ever to stay at this rental and run into this
