Rental Details
Entire condo rental; accommodates up to 4 guests. Children are welcome, however under HOA rules, children under age 12 cannot use the pool or be in the BBQ area.

Included Perks
We aim to excel. While other properties add all kinds of extra work and fees, we believe that your vacation should be relaxing, to that end, we include 1 weekly cleaning. Blanca, our cleaning lady, arrives on Tuesday mornings to clean the apartment. We want to do right by the staff as well as our guests, so she works weekly whether or not the apartment is occupied.

We also have an assigned, covered, secure parking, should you chose to bring or rent a car.

You can rest assured that we do not have any additional, surprise fees, or extra work. We only ask that you be mindful of our neighbors, staff, and our home.

Building Information
There is access to the beach from the building.

The building has 2 towers, the first has a beach entrance, from Easy Street (you can see it on maps by entering Condominios V Conchas Chinas on your maps). The second tower has a highway 200 entrance. The first tower has floors 1-6, the pool is on the 6th floor. The second tower has floors 6-9. Our apartment in on the 8th floor. Each tower has it's own elevator, and both towers connect on floors 4-6.

Beaches
The beach that is right in front of the building is Playa Lindo Mar, this beach is ideal as there are rocks protecting it from waves crashing, this creates pools that are easy to access. The downside is that you will need to wear water shoes. The beach next to it is Playa Conchas Chinas, this beach does not have that protection; and you'll have easy access to both.

We also have 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for your use.

Attractions
The Malecon is about a 5-min drive, by taxi ($85 pesos, taxi stand is right across from the building) or by Uber (tends to be $45+ pesos, depending on demand). It is a very nice walk right along the beach, it takes about 20-30-min to Zona Romantica and another 10min to the Malecon.

What to expect at Check In
Our property manager will meet you at the condo, give you a tour of the condo and the buildings, show you the access to the beach, etc. If you decide to book, you would just text her your estimated arrival time and she will meet you there.
